The property was aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and courteous. The two-bedroom suite offered spacious accommodation, perfect for a family. Breakfast was served in a lovely gazebo every morning. The location was close to key attractions and easily accessible.

The air conditioning did not work properly and couldn't cool the rooms enough. Additionally, the location was quite far from the city center, and public transport was not easily accessible, necessitating an expensive taxi ride. Finally, there was a lack of information regarding renovation work, which caused inconvenience. For a Christmas vacation, it wasn't the best option.

We stayed in this hotel located in a peaceful area surrounded by a beautiful park and close to two restaurants that were always busy in the evenings. the rooms were large and comfortable with massive high ceilings. the staff was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. the abundant breakfast was delicious, and the whole place was very clean.

The hotel's location wasn't very central, so we had to take two buses or a taxi to get to the main attractions of the city.
